"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."

"This is a very conveniently situated, modern hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is near nars and restuarants all round the area. A short walk to a tram stop from where you can go to La Laguna or to the main bus station where buses go to the two airports and all over the island."

"The rooms need a renovation, just changing the doors and the carpet in the stairs. Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was not so clean. It was very affordable and close to main sightseeing."

"A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost). Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned). We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather."
