"Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable."

"Very nice hotel at a really reasonable price. The staff was easy to work with and communicated well via email prior to arrival. Airport transfers were seamless. The location is a great area for restaurants and bars. Local vendors selling goods along the streets. Walkable to many points of interest. Highly recommended."

"Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range. "

"Nicholas on the front desk, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Apartment was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the area it was in. Lots of restaurants to walk to. "

"Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc. We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk."

"Quarto limpo porém pequeno, ideal para viagens rápidas ou quando se busca algo "só para dormir" toda a equipe é maravilhosa, super educados, prestativos, o espaço é muito bem cuidado com limpeza constante dos banheiros e espaços públicos, café da manhã surpreende sendo muito completo e que realmente sustenta, com serviço no quarto ao horario desejado. Localização fantástica muito perto do metrô e do ônibus expresso ao aeroporto"
