Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"The room was very clean and a nice size for a double room. They have a little self service spot area, which is nice for those who like that. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!"

"Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."
