"I really like this place . I come here very often"

"The location was fabulous, breakfast perfect, staff helpful"

"Great location"

"Great location"

"The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very clean and modern, The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was awesome and the evening prosecco was just wonderful."

"All front desk staffs are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is walkable to shopping, attractions and transportation. Only one thing I like to point out is that the breakfast seating is too limited . One day we came down around 9am, we have to wait for a table. Finally we were being guided to sit on a sofa. But the sofa end table was too small for breakfast. Other than that the staying was all good."

"spacy, well-maintained and clean apartment and friendly staff. Very nice location which is closed to the central part of the Milan."

"great boutique hotel in the center of everything, friendly staff, loved everything there."

"Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"Clean ans spacious room"

"Amazing property! Just far enough away from the noise, yet close enough to take the tram and a 10 minute walk to Duomo. Extremely spacious with several supermarkets and cafes close by. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Only watch out: shower stalls are small. I do that again."

"Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted. The staff were also very kind and...

"スタッフ皆さんが礼儀正しく丁寧でした。随分早く到着したのですが、ジムのパウダールームとシャワーを使わせてくれて助かりました。立地もとても便利で、また次回も泊まりたいと思います。"

"What a terrible hotel. Rooms are small, all the lights are fluorescent, felt like living in a store window. Other than the location close to the Duomo, the hotel was disappointing in every way. The size, the view into the dirty central courtyard, and especially the €100 surcharge for checking in after midnight. If I knew this beforehand I would never have booked this hotel. Very deceptive."

"If you are searching and browsing where to stay in Milan, just STOP! The place is super nice, location is perfect and the staff is really friendly! And last but not the least THE VIEW!WOW! Was the perfect end for our 16 days in Italy!"
