"The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. "Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!"

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage.
