"Very nice room for a brief stopover in Ancona. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. No kettle or fridge was a bit annoying. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal so it was very convenient as a spot to stay the night before, lots of supermarkets nearby too."
"This is an older hotel (think 60s/70s decor and wood paneling), but felt much nicer than most similar properties I’ve stayed at. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the lobby is open and staffed 24 hours, the breakfast buffet is quite sizeable and tasty, and the location is directly across from the train station, where you can easily catch taxis or an airport shuttle."

We thought the staff were extremely friendly and their English was fantastic a bonus considering we didn’t expect it. we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. we had lunch at the pool every day which was quick and very tasty.
