Hotel dekat Museum Air

"Good location great hotel"

"The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island"

"The staff were great, property was clean but the rest of the stay was not great. Transport form location was a problem. Could not use restaurant facility on last day as there was a problem. We received vouchers which we could not redeem. Asked to spend on items of no use to us."

"Parking was abundant. A couple of convenience stores nearby. Our room was large and spacious. Water pressure was amazing! But the hotel could use some new carpets in the hallways. They’re coming up and look dirty."

"The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!"

"We loved our stay at Zen Hideaway. We had a duplex room, and it was lovely. The only thing is that there was only a sink in the bathroom upstair, so to make tea, it's alot of up and down because the kettle is downstair. We loved the Aveda product and Dyson airdryer. The view is breathtaking. The included breakfast is generous, the only thing is that it's only served between 9 and 10 am and the american one was a bit lukewarm, because they prepare eveything in advance. We would love a more...

"The setting of this hotel is spectacular. Nested in a middle of a forest, it is far from a lot of things in the island The staff is friendly. It is extremely clean That being said the property is in need of a fresh up"

"Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...

"The gardens and main pool are beautiful and give a very relaxed vibe. The villa was spacious for our family of four. The kitchen had the tools we needed to prep our own meals. Some areas of the villa could use some care, but the overall value of the hotel was high. Would definitely return."

"Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite."

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...
