"The room was huge & had an echo when talking. TV was 4k, large screen. Air Conditioning was hard to use. No coffee maker in the room. No microwave other than one downstairs in breakfast area. Had to ask for ice bucket to use in the room. Pet area was very small & not kept well. Went down for breakfast at 6:30 am. Regular coffee was not ready. Only had cereal & yogurt available to eat. Suppose to have everything ready by 6am. Believe they may have been understaffed. Just didn't have...

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"I had a pretty okay experience at this property. We were originally promised a room with a full kitchen and bathroom, but when we arrived, we were only given a room with just a bathroom. After bringing it up, the situation was eventually addressed—they held our belongings while maintenance worked on another room for us. The bigger issue was timing. We got back from Coachella around 3 AM completely exhausted, and the whole situation made things way more stressful than they needed to be. That...

"We’re told when we arrived at almost midnight that there was no hot water. It was too late to find another hotel. Had to drive 2 hours home."

"This place was a great find. Very close to the park entrance. We were only at the property for a quick 2 day trip. Our internet went down the first night but it was probably related to some outages. One thing I would say we just had enough towels for showering but no extra towels. There is a great hot tub that they heated up before we arrived which was a very nice touch. Just need the extra towels for hot tub use. Besides these small things it was a great property. "

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. "
