"Great place to stay"

"We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again."

"You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine."

"Extremely slow & impersonal front desk. Messed up our keys & had to spend 10 minutes getting it resolved. Very competent & kind breakfast server & decent breakfast options. Parking, shuttle & location all good."

"Very clean. Staff was helpful. Love the gym. Size of pool was disappointing compared to the size of the room it’s in. Would like tea set up with the coffee station that’s available all day. Excellent place to stay if visiting Mayo Clinic. Free shuttle service."

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return."

"Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m"

"I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in...
