"Upon checkin we were informed that the air conditioning what not working. It was an extremely warm weekend and were were uncomfortable with night with the window open since there was no screen. The breakfast items did not look fresh, so we decided to eat outside of the hotel. Our room shower was old and when I stepped in it felt like I might fall through the floor. "

"We had a great stay here. The location was very convenient, with a short walk to the T station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was good, and the property was clean and well-maintained. It was also nice and quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again."

"For those who like a modern minimalist look and independence, you will enjoy what is offered. I enjoy checking myself in, Tommy at check-in was very helpful. The room is compact and good for a couple of days for the business person. For those who like a lot of room, and traditional service —this will not work for you. I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast or the rooftop bar but I will be coming back and try those out. They do offer luggage storage for 24 hours which is a convenient perk."

"Every part of our experience at the Colonnade was outstanding! The staff, the room, the restaurant (and food) were incredible! The staff did everything possible to make this such a memorable visit to Boston (for the marathon). We stayed for a week on the top floor. Wonderful!!! Thank you!!!"

"It’s a big shame to recommend such a horrible location Ugly entrance, the smart enter keys having problems, very narrow and abruptly stairs , cracked walls, rusted heaters. Almost unusable toilet room, without towels, without paper towel, without toilet paper , no soap The room has only beds ( with descurajant linen), no table, no chairs, no shelves. Both nights I heard continuously music from neighbors, the owner did not answer to my messages. In my opinion, this location doesn’t deserve a license for rent. For Expedia it really a bad reputation to ofer such a rental."
