"The front end and vallet was very helpful and nice my son loved thr record player in the room and my 13 year old loved the hested pool it was great location on the last night my room didnt feel like the AC was working and the kid hung up on me and said ill try and find a fan but overall super nice and suepr clean it was enjoyable overall"

"Since I was at the hotel for almost a week, I definitely appreciated the laundry machines on our floor and the ease of using them. Hotel even provided laundry soap! Also, hotel room was bright and had lots of storage. It was in a wonderful location in Coolidge Corner and steps from the T train so it was easy to get all over Boston. Staff was all lovely."

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean. I love that we were able to walk everywhere and we were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for the day. Will definitely stay here next time!"
