Hotel dekat Museum Arkeologi Azul Maya

"Miguel was extremely helpful when we were navigating the city. Views were incredible!"

"This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. "Todo ok"

"Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"very friendly staff"

"Fake Pictures: The ad shows a nice outside arch. That arch leads to monthly apartments, not your hotel room.. Avoid this terrible hotel—it deserves less than one star because of filthy conditions, deceptive ads, and dangerous safety hazards. The online pictures are completely misleading, hiding the fact that the rooms, showers, and public laundry areas are absolutely disgusting. The room itself had filthy mattresses, dirty sheets, and a "Mickey Mouse" water heater with dangerous wires hanging...

"Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!"

"Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. "

"The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets"
