"most helpful staff i have ever come across"

"For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. "Apartment was roomy, furnished tastefully and had two terraces at front and back of property. There was also a communal roof terrace which was a nice bonus. It was ideally situated being close to sea front including restaurants and bars and next to supermarket. Travel was easy with bus stop opposite. There wee handy tips in the apartment regarding travel and eating out."

Das Badezimmer ist zu klein und mit einem nicht so wirklich sauberen Duschvorhang. Beim Fernsehprogramm fehlt mindestens ein Sender auf deutsch. Das Frühstück ist furchtbar und langweilig. Das Ambiente im Restaurant und davor im Außenbereich ist nicht so toll. Gäste gehen lieber woanders hin essen und trinken. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist zu klein und niemand...

"This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! I recommend it without any hesitation. And I also recommend visiting Gozo for 2 days with a rental car. There are so many places to discover and beaches to cool down (August is hot) Thank you Ramona for your hospitality, recommendations and help to book the rental car at a price lower than on internet.
