"Room is perfect, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The location is just beside bus centre station, easy go any where. Staff is so nice and give a lot of information. We stay one night and strong recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella. "The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"

"The property itself was fine, although the label "luxury" is an overstatement merely referring to the hot tub. Given the listing's focus on the hot tub, an extra set of towels and bathmat in addition to what was designated for the shower would have been nice. The view of the citadel was lovely although completely blocked by a wall when in the hot tub. Further, a rug for the cold tile floor in the living room would have greatly increased comfort. Everything else was good."
