"Das Hotel ist einfach aber in schönem altspanischen Stil. Lage top, Rooftoprestaurant mit direktem Blick auf die Kathedrale. Der kleine Kellner servierte sehr unfreundlich, nachdem er unser Gericht erst auf den falschen Tisch gestellt hatte und dies, ca. 30 Minuten nach dem Essen, plötzlich nachlieferte. Vorher hatte er auf mehrere Versuche ihn anzusprechen nicht reagiert."

"I came in with low expectations given this is a 1 star property and was still disappointed. My ground floor unit was near the front door which constantly slammed when people came in and out (I wear ear plugs at night and could still hear it). Even worse, the cleaning staff picked up an item off the floor and placed it right on top of my dental retainer on the countertop… this is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Consider if you would be okay with something like this if you want to stay...

"La habitación era bastante pequeña, se escuchaba todo de la calle, la gente hablando, la gente entrando a las habitaciones, todo. La cama bastante pequeña e incómoda. Algo bueno fue la atención y las recomendaciones a nuestra llegada y el tener parking es un buen punto a favor."
