TV was not operational, no hand soap in the room, no tissue paper in the room, the bathroom vent fan was broken and was extremely load and would stay on long after you turned it off. "This is a charming boutique hotel right in the Old Town. We booked a Superior Double (room #202) Quite large and nice with old stone wall accents, which we appreciate. Definitely recommend this room! The bed was very comfortable and there was also a sitting area with a sofa, so we enjoyed the extra space. "Good location, walking distance with luggage to the ferries. Close to everything. We had one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the alley, which was nice. Multiple breakfast options, simple but good. 👍"

"Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great "

"From the greeting when our car dropped us we were blown away by the hospitality and humor of the staff. The hotel is gorgeous, the bar is amazing and the breakfast fantastic. Room was also wonderful. Location is right on the square, perfect for all your destinations. But it’s the hotel staff that made it truly special, Andi, Tea, Andrew the cocktail guy and all the reception folks were funny and just great to be around.
