"The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. "The hotel is much older than expected even though you noticed the owner has been trying to maintain the best of its condition. My room is clean in general except the carpet with tones of marks. I am a thin woman but the toilet is literally tiny. I can't even close the door when I went to the toilet. The flush just keep refilling water after flushing. The noise is loud and long-lasting. Check-in staff is helpful. But if the breakfast staff could be more friendly and welcoming to customers I'm...
