"Really central and new hotel. Staff very friendly. However checkin was multi step and tedious. Room card has to be used 4 times to get in to lift, corridors and then room.

"Very nice property which located just outside town so very quiet, still less than a 5 minute walk from the station though. Staff were very friendly and room was very pleasant. Breakfast options were different from a usual hotel which made a nice change, the only place in England I’ve seen that gives you a piece of steak with your cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"
"The hotel staff were very nice, the room was large and comfortable. My only complaint is the air conditioning was blasting and it was pretty chilly outside. When I asked to have the heat put on, it was for a few hours then went back to cold. My room on the ground floor look directly to the street so if you want to open your curtains, i recommend you ask for a room upstairs. "

I made the mistake of not handling the check-in until the last minute and I was so tired and confused that I had trouble with understanding the email and completing...
