"Excellent"

"Ok"

"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is well located. The room was clean and well serviced. The main problems were controlling the room temperature ( too hot even with all heaters off). The breakfast was very underwhelming and needs to be brought up to the level of similar hotels where we have stayed in recent weeks. Greater variety required."

"Perfect location. Nice breakfast with lake view. Room is very nice."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...

"Nice location to walk down by the lake. The Duck at dinner was very good."

"The room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful."

"Everything about it was bad. It was not clean. The toilet didn’t work properly. The good thing I can say it’s in a great area and for the price if you don’t mind to stay in a crappy little place for sleeping it’s perfect. I guess I could say that much stuff wasn’t very nice. The lady at the front not friendly at all not helpful at all didn’t want to be working. It seemed like to me."

"If it wasn't for the stunning view from the balcony and the comfy bed I would have been very disappointed. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment to meet the standards expected at the price they charge. Here are my main gripes; No bath robes (only slippers - why?) No tea/coffee facilities Radiators don't work properly, have to use noisy ancient aircon on high to heat the room. No sockets take universal adaptors in the room, only socket that does is the shaver socket in the...

"The room was booked"

"Clean room, beds were a bit hard but you also get access to the facilities of the Royal Plaza Montreux across the road, which is a good bonus."
