"The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on."

"The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away."

"Not a great experience. Got our room and instantly saw a cockroach in the shower. Went and told the desk and they said, we know, sorry and did nothing si we went and bought roach traps and powder ti make sure. Went swimming on the last day and there was a huge roach by the pool. Lobby smelled like sewage, the air conditioning was not cold enough. No vent in the bathroom and really dirty floors. Would not recommend staying here"

"The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price. The staff while Pleasant was a little inexperienced and dealing with problem solving. The toilets in the common areas were overflowing not sure why. The room was nice the bed comfortable, but the price was high. The Marriott always offers a comfortable stay, but this was the first time I feel like I paid more than what...

"Terrible stay, first they gave me someone else’s room and someone tried to get in while I was already in the room. This was quickly fixed. The faucet in the shower was leaking and made loud noise, I asked them to fix it no one ever came by to fix it within the 4 days stay. Overall room is outdated as well as the bathroom."

"The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the carpet had huge stains and small tears, the outside of the refrigerator had food on it and there was a dirty towel left under the bathroom sink. When I tried to get the attention of the housekeeper, she was on her phone and literally walked past me and waved."

"I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
