"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good....

"Hotel is around 10min walk to the Bell Tower line 2 station. The station is huge. It is also walking distance to the city wall where there are performances held every night (ticket required) Hotel is very clean and modern. "We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink. "

"The hotel is centrally located. It has all the amenities and class that you would expect from a Sheraton property. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is excellent! And you can’t beat the location! "

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."

"We stayed in a suite and it was a grand room. The hotel is pretty central and walking distance from most touristy spots. It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. Our room was comfortable, spacious and with good amenities and comforts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended while in Xian."
