"Check in was a breeze, and the staff were more than understanding with a family emergency we had going on. Abbie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean. The beds were soft and i was comfortable, but some in my party prefered the harder couch. "Had the do not disturb sign up and it was 9:30 am with an 11 O Clock check out. Cleaning staff didn’t knock and just entered completely ignoring the sign. "

"We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek for a volleyball tournament for the weekend. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was a great room. The morning breakfast was perfect to get something and head out. They have 2 amazing patios to hang out at as well as the location was right across the street from the Mall and many other places. We will stay here again next year. It was a hit with the families."
