"My recent stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast fulsome and delicious. In terms of the staff, Florence was absolutely lovely and gracious. She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely return."

"Much larger than your average stay in Paris with well appointed apartment. A few bits broken and cleaning a bit rushed but a super place to stay as a family. Area great and front desk super helpful. Breakfast pretty basic but I’d definitely return, especially as a family or a group of friends."

"The property is beautifully maintained and right across the street from the large Luxembourg Park. It is situated in a safe neighborhood with many walkable dinning and attraction options. We were traveling with elderly parents so we were not able to optimize the usage of the excellent public transportation offerings. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris!"

"Don’t come if you have kids or toddlers. The hotel rooms design and materials are dangerous for kids. Lots of rocks and steel corners all around. A genius designer hired by the hotel decided to heat the steel structure holding the bathroom sink so children burn their hands. He also made sure to have little area for the countertop so the area is tiny and pretty much useless for someone wanting to put his items in the bathroom. I don’t want to talk about other stuff. It is enough for today."

"Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour"...

Within a mile and a half of Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc. Five min from Le Bonne Marche department store and lovely shopping. Breakfast is well worth and the staff there went above and beyond to serve you. Great cappuccinos, croissants, pancakes, eggs— anything you could want. Definitely will return! "I loved the look of the hotel inside and out! It was exactly what I was looking for in Paris. It was small enough to be intimate but in a perfect location to make me feel in the center of Parisian life. I didn't want to be too close to the sites but close enough to walk and see Parisians going about their ordinary days. The staff, especially Enrico was especially helpful and kind!!"
