The staff at 7 Eiffel Malone were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and room was serviced each day. Breakfast was a great way to start each day that we were there. We spent most of our days out exploring the Paris and it was the hotel was a comfortable home away from home.

This is really a great choice for my family visiting Paris, centrally located near the Effiel Tower, the wonderful foodie Rue Cler and some pretty good shopping. The staff was wonderful and bilingual which is always a help when our French comes up short. The room configuration was great for families. The outdoor patio was a beautiful family gathering place.

Spacious room for Paris. Great air conditioning. Small but convenient elevator. Perfect walking distance to Eiffel Tower and public transportation. Safe quiet street.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, would definitely comeback. The room was exactly what we expected. Quite spacious and the bathroom was great. The location was also very close to different modes of transportation and made it easy to get around the city. Also located very close to the Eiffel Tower, a walking distance and you could always see it from one of the streets once you turned the corner.

The staff was amazing. Hugo was so helpful i loved him. The hotel was close to a lot of places and walking distance. I would recommend it. The bed was amazing

Staff (younger man) at check in was rude and unhelpful. He seemed bored and dismissive as if we were interfering with his time alone). Asked if a cafe nearby might be open, he replied (on a Saturday night, 9:30pm) "probably not". Daytime staff was fine. Room was small but clean and sufficient.

The hotel covered the essentials for a quick visit, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to easy transit routes across the city. However, a noticeable smell from the bathroom drain lingered throughout our stay, which took away from the overall comfort. Fine for a no-frills stay, provided they fix the drain issue.

The hotel has a very good location; however, the quality of the room was average. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which negatively affected the overall experience and made the stay less satisfactory.

Staff was amazing! The room was great and very spacey compared to some other hotels. Carpets were rundown throughout the hotel, but otherwise an excellent place to stay! Walkable to the Eiffel Tower.

Great location, short walk to bistros, cafes and carrefours. Quiet, even tho room was beside elevator. Older building, a bit dated and small… all to be expected in Paris. Overall, no complaints, a great stay!

The property was very conveniently located near restaurants and the metros. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. The property itself and rooms were very clean and reasonably spacious. The Front Desk staff assisted as multiple times in booking local cabs, this was a very helpful amenity. I give a five star rating to the hotel itself. However, Expedia advertised and sold this room as a room with Terrace. However, there was no terrace, but only a balcony this unfortunately was a deceptive description by Expedia. I wish this would not have happened. Also, Expedia sold it via surge pricing engine, so we ended up paying almost or more than double the going rate of the hotel at the time of check-in again this has nothing to do with seven Eiffel, but entirely to do with Expedia and the likes of it. Do better Expedia and company!
