"Location, location, location - was excellent! The staff in the reception and bell desk were top notch! I would like to give Liam a call out. He knows what excellent Customer Service is about!! Thank you so much, Liam! Our low light was the SPA which was not functioning during our stay. The SPA was one of the reason why I had chosen the hotel. It was disappointing that the check out day (weekend) it magically re-open. No one notify us about it. I would have love to spend a couple of hours there...
