"The hotel was clean and maintained. The location is fantastic—super convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was surprisingly deep and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day."

"It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby."

"We stayed for one night while in town for a medical appointment and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. One thing we really enjoyed was the pool area. It was clean, well-kept, and had a nice picnic area where families could bring in supper, sit together, and enjoy the pool and waterslides. "Great location proximity to BMO centre, restaurants and shopping is a short uber away. The rooms were immaculately cleaned every day."

"Completely overpriced and constantly getting worse each visit. Customer service on the phone and in person was horrible. Mandatory parking is $40 and in the tiniest of fine print so whatever the rate is add another $40 a night to it. Breakfast was awful microwaved scrambled eggs and soggy potatoes, sugar juice and burnt coffee."

"I spent two nights at the Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown and had a great experience. The staff for uniformly, helpful and cheerful, the bed was very comfortable, and room service was excellent. The only downside is that instead of leaving room service dishes on a tray outside the door to be picked up, hotel guests are asked to walk their dishes a short distance down the hall and deposit them on a table."
