"The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back"

"The staff were friendly, but the property is very old and has a musty smell and it is very loud at night. You can hear cars going back-and-forth. It is on a busy road. Also, there are big spotlights pointing right at the property so there’s a lot of light coming through the windows even with the curtains"

"The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. And after REALLY looking at the bathroom I noticed the trim was painted EXTREMELY messily While NONE of this was an issue with the stay - I guess I just expect more for the amount that’s paid for the room. "The bed was great. Nice sheets, good pillows, and comforter. Very clean bathroom and tub. The location was perfect. Corktown is cute with nice restaurants nearby. There was a little coffee bar downstairs and the latte was very good. There is a fire pit with chairs to sit around outside.i would definitely come back here."
