"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. The other thing was a very bright exit sign in the room that we wish we could have covered as we prefer to sleep in total darkness, but otherwise a great stay. Very convenient!"

"The location was excellent—central and convenient, yet in a quieter, less busy area. The atmosphere was calm and artistic, with beautiful artwork. The room was a good size and very clean, and the overall value was great. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, with virtually no outside noise. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to all the staff, who were friendly, very helpful and professional. The amenities were good, the water pressure was excellent, although there were only two outlets, one in the bathroom and the other one in the bedroom and lack of storage space even for two person. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun! The location is excellent, and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, which we purchased as part of our room rate, was absolutely fantastic! There was a great variety of delicious food to choose from, making it a wonderful way to start each day. The location was perfect for exploring Seoul. We were able to walk to Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, and Namsan, and take a short subway ride to Bukchon Hanok Village. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun to anyone visiting Seoul. It offers excellent value, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a great breakfast in a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Centrally located within Seoul in Myeongdong, but just outside (essentially one block removed) of all the action so it is much more quieter and a significant positive for me. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Highly recommend having the buffet at least once on your visit. Hotel is conveniently located next to the subway so it is extremely easy and accessible to get around every major neighborhood. It is also walking distance to Seoul Station, but I would recommend taking a cab/taxi/Uber for convenience as the area is generally within a major node for traffic."
