"My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now."

"Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room.
