"Main door was jammed and other entrance remained propped open not the best secure feeling when you have children. The door for our room had to be pulled up on just to latch, the oull out bed had crumbs and who knows what else in it. The kitchen counter was fallin apart food was splattered on the wall. I mean really the list goes on. "

"Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. "This is a clean, safe, well run and well-maintained property. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They clearly enjoy their jobs and it showed! Pet friendly. I will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area!"

"Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff."

"The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....
