"Staff was great but had a spider in my bath towel"

"When we walked in the floor was sticky and smelled like pee and our tv wasn’t working. When I expressed this to the staff they gave us a number to the tv company and said someone would mop. When we came back we could tell they mopped but there was still a smell. Throughout our stay some of the lights would randomly turn off and back on. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I booked through Expedia and my card was charged in full for the stay at 5am the day of. Usually I’m not charged until I check in. I had to put my card on file for a cleaning hold charge. Woke up to a 4am alert that an additional charge for what looked like a nights stay was taken from my account. I asked front desk and was advised the nightly audit charged my card because of a flag “collect money from guest”. They did not take responsibility and told me to contact my bank. On a holiday weekend....

"The restaurant has an amazing salad and the bartender (I forgot his name) is excellent. If I’m ever in St. Louis again I’ll definitely stay there"

"It was ok, housekeeping wasn’t really trying to clean our rooms and me and my daughter were staying at this hotel for a few months, we always had to track one down in the hallways, if not they wouldn’t knock on the doors to see if we needed fresh linen, overall the stay was just ok."

The rooms and common areas were clean, and breakfast food choices were plentiful. Travelers should consider reserving a room at this Best Western Plus location. Sincerely, J. "Carpet felt dirty."

"The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. There were two elevators, one was not working, therefore it took quite a while getting on an elevator. Our room smelled like mildew and “closed up.” I actually ended up waking up in the middle of the night having breathing issues/coughing. Staff was great, but I would not stay again."

"Room was nasty! Beds were stained and we used our own blankets. Animal pee smell in the hallways. Very disappointed with how it was Maintained. Would not recommend and won’t be going back."
