"Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options. "

"place is shabby and smells like cigarette when I arrived, staff talked me into canceling contract with Expedia and sign up with them directly or wait until 7pm to check in then when my plans changed and I wanted to checkout earlier than scheduled, staff gave me a hard time, practically demanding to know why I was unsatisfied with their hotel when other guests liked them, etc. I had given them about a week’s notice regarding the change and staff said he’d check with the owner but he didn’t and on the day I needed to leave, took nearly an hour to checkout (after making multiple calls irritably)…it was mortifying"
