"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and always ready to assist with any questions. The location is extremely convenient — right opposite the MRT station, with a direct bus outside the station to Yangmingshan. It’s also within walking distance to Shilin Night Market, which made exploring the area very easy. The only downside is the Standard Double Room (Charm Room), 17 sqm, which is very small and not ideal for two people....

"We chose the Greatt Hotel for its location - 1 block from the Shilin Night Market (one of the best in Asia) and close to the Shilin train station - straight shot to CKS Memorial and convenient 15-minute bus to National Palace Museum. It is a bit spartan, but the rooms are clean and the bathroom was great. Reception was very nice and useful but did not speak English - the use of Google Translate solved all problems. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Good hotel in the suburbs of Taipei. The area is not touristic but if you want to see the real Taiwan is a nice place to stay. Metro station is just 2min away and you find plenty of places to eat. The hotel is super clean, rooms are very good size and bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet so you will have a good sleep. The staff of polite and ok. Taking the metro will take you very quick to the main attractions "

The room was equipped with the drinking water, tea/instant coffee, bathroom essentials and disposable slippers. My suggestion for improvement was about the floor carpet of which was old and stained.
