"After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel that we pre-booked a month in advance. Albeit, we were a couple of hours before the 3pm check in time. We dropped our luggage and were told to come back around 3 (no problem!). We got back at 2:50, checked if our room was ready and were told 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning. I gave them 20 minutes to be kind, and upon arriving to the desk again they informed me it would be maybe 20, maybe 30, maybe 40 minutes to finish cleaning. Our party of 3 was offered 1 drink ticket for the closed restaurant. We finally got checked in after over an hour of waiting and when arriving to the room realized it had a horrendous smell of BO, dirty floors, splatter on walls and cupboards, stains on the bathroom floor and broken glass & cigarettes outside the window we had to open for air. Not at all the experience I was hoping for our first night in Amsterdam. We were also completely ignored by who appeared to be the manager, though I heard my name in conversation between him and colleagues while we waited. Will absolutely not return. I hate to leave a poor review, but it’s been a week since emailing Radisson and I’ve heard nothing in response. "

"My sheets were not clean which was disappointing. The reception is great and very friendly, I only learned about the breakfast area on my last day but it was delicious and very impressive. The spa was a little less than what I expected as it is only a sauna and a pool but still very nice and included in the price for your stay. The hotel is very modern and beautiful and I would stay here again if I visit the city. "

"Staff is all so helpful. The room i would say just weird having a number two right in the room like that. Unless you close your glass circular doors for your business. This is best for a single traveller. Definitely not a friend’s room."

"Staff with horrible attitude, very unwelcoming. You want to avoid the front desk at all cost. Room was ok but weird things like all the appliances and lights were unplugged and the handle on the shower door is on the wrong side so you can’t get out. They really don’t care."

"Just got back from Amsterdam and honestly, this hotel was next level. The place was absolutely stunning from the moment we walked in – proper good vibes and beautifully done out. Everything was spotless, like seriously dead clean, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, nothing felt like too much trouble. Beds were super comfy, slept like a baby every night. And the food? Proper nice – fresh, tasty, and loads of options. Located literally one minute walk to Zuid train station so getting from a to b was super easy Couldn’t fault it at all, made the whole trip even better. Would 100% stay here again 👌"
