"My stay started off horrible before I even arrived. I was called the morning of to verify that I was coming and that I wanted 2 queens. I verified that yes That was correct. I was called back about 4 hours later stating that there was no queen rooms available that I could take a King or cancel my reservation for full refund. Now why would I cancel seeing as how I apparently had plans in Nashville for several months. I did not understand why I was asked to change since this has been booked since...

"Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. "The staff is amazing, and the location is fantastic. The grounds were kept up very well and quiet. Overall, I had a great experience until I woke up and found two small bugs in my bed. Listen I know this happens, but still it grossed me out. I emailed the hotel as there was no manager on duty when I left, and got a generic email back saying “it’s unfortunate” and that was it. So while I enjoyed my stay, I will not be returning. "

"Everything was on point, stellar staff. Lobby, restaurant, rooftop were pretty amazing as far a work- life- balance goes! Evan was stellar in service at Tall Tales. The only thing I found to be missing was a mini fridge in my room. We will be back in the future! "

"Great place I got the 2 bedroom and we had a lot of space it’s an apartment basically. I wish I knew it had a stove it comes in handy. However it was impossible to get a good rest, there was live music in the area all night "

"Highly recommend- We stayed for a weekend for concert/sightseeing and found the guest house to be very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Ryman and downtown sites. Very easy to communicate with Avant- though we had no issues during stay, they outreached via text each day and provided phone number to contact if there was any need. We will book with them again."
