"The property operates partly like hotel, partly like ABNB. It’s an old church in an old but nice neighborhood that has been refurbished into a 3-story immaculate hotel. Large and comfortable lobby on ground floor where one finds self service coffee and tea options. No elevator but has a small luggage elevator that worked as represented. No staff on site, no restaurant. But our room was spacious, well furnished and clean. Bathroom just fine. Good TV with streaming services available, which one...

"My first time at Noelle. Perfect place to stay for a concert at the Ryman. cool, luxurious atmosphere.loved the happy hour at Lona restaurant and drinks at the secret garden bar! Enjoyed a morning walk on the nearby Riverfront park. Loved Noelle’s location. Should note that there was outside noise on Friday night..but went away before midnight I think. Will definitely stay here again."

They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service."
