"Every public space was very clean as were the rooms. The food at cocktail hour and breakfast were both very much appreciated. The hotel is close to tourist destinations, so, that was also a plus!"

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"They don’t enclose their security deposit for the hotel room. Okay yes! The room looked like a furniture studio apartment and they have leasable rooms. The parking was a joke and expensive. Other things that were annoying, for the amount of money that you pay; they have two elevators shared between 33 floors. As staff with maid carts, laundry bins and other items taking up the entire elevators as they’re preforming their jobs, the guest and residents are having to wait. Their staff should have...

"Excellent place to stay if your looking to be close to Broadway. Only like a 5-10 minutes walk. Staff is very helpful at all hours day or night. Only fruit for thought, the main hotel kitchen closes at 10pm. And basement kitchen, depending on events going on in town, stops accepting people as early as 10:30p. So plan your dinners accordingly."

Why have it open to the public and allow day passes on a holiday weekend when your hotel is probably over 90% booked is beyond me. Not enough loungers or umbrellas available. Guests are required to pay just as much as non guests to reserve them which is mind blowing to me. When you have guests already spending money to stay there and then want to charge them again to reserve a lounger or umbrella is...
