"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"Couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant after sitting there for 40 minutes. Tried to order dinner in the room then and it was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. To top it all off when we went to leave, they had screwed up our brand new Range Rover car."

"We liked having a large room with a place for 3 of us to put all our stuff. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was handy to have! The Bar down the street that was recommended unfortunately was a disappointment on our last night there"

"This is a very nice hotel! They have a free shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up with 1.5 miles! There was one time it was not available due to them needing to charge the vehicle. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff was very nice."

"We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though."

"Nice big room, clean. Dishwasher started leaking while we were there and they immediately offered us a room change which was nice (we didn't take it as we were only there one more day though) 10 minute walk to broadway. Quiet and safe area. Friendly check in agent."

"Outstanding room and bathroom, lobby and rooftop. Very quiet floor. Great if you have a dog as well. Breakfast is not free, area is nice and wide open, well-decorated. Super nice brunch, but NYC prices. Employees were not nice when I stopped the car in front of the lobby to drop luggage, and my wife and 4-year boy. I needed 45 seconds only and the employee was unpleasant. And we've been in the 1 Hotel in the Central Park and Brooklyn. I had to insist in dropping my luggage before parking y car...

"From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟"

"We booked the hotel with hopes to use the pool but we found out the day before we arrived the hotel and pool were under construction. They did give us credits to muse at the resort which was nice. Lighting in the bathroom was not great. Room smelled a little musty"
