"Our kids and us love staying here. The staff was super easy to communicate with. All the check-in and checkout instructions were super detailed. We had a little miscommunication on checkout about where the key cards were and the online staff did they due diligence to make sure the keys were where I said I put them. "Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. "

"We were 3 friends traveling and the room was huge we each had our own bed and lots of room for all our bags. We had come from Tokyo where there was not even room to turn around. The staff was helpful and a castle with beautiful gardens was across the street. I would highly recommend Noku Kyoto "
