"This is a fabulous hotel. One of my new favorites anywhere in the world. The staff are really incredible, I don’t know who trained them but everyone is young and gorgeous but also friendly and welcoming and fully on top of everything. "Very nicely situated hotel close to the subway. Nice clean room with good air conditioning. Friendly staff at front desk. Only need for improvement are the pillows (one per person only and too thick and hard). Need 4 per bed (2pp) and softer. Would come back to the hotel."
