"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"The floor in bathroom was buckled every where you stepped. The shower had a large plate that covered the drain and i slipped on it and almost fell. The showers clear glass into the room so of course my husband had a good laugh. At 2:00 am a guy above us was yelling and kicking the door lasted about 10 minutes the fireplace and mood lighting was a nice touch but wouldn’t stay again."

"My family and I stayed at the Westin Jackson from June 7–14, 2026, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we encountered serious cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids in multiple guest rooms. Despite being moved several times, the problems persisted. The response from hotel leadership was equally disappointing. We experienced poor communication, difficulty reaching management, and at one point were told we could simply check...

"Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available"

"The first room toilet was filthy inside and out. The floor looked like it was never mopped. The supposedly clean towels were stained. The security door was broken and the handle was duct taped. I asked for towels and was told to bring my dirty ones to the front desk first! I told her that wasn't my job! Shower curtain just as dirty. Showered with it open. Never again"

"Things I didn’t like. Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV."
