"This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee."

"It is an Indian family ownership and management, and has a nice hospitable feel. The common areas have some attractive wooden uncommercial pieces of furniture and a pottery collection, lending it more of a personal, home-like look and feel. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, comfortable stuffed chair with wide coffee table, desk and desk chair, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. We really appreciated this extra space. Plenty of outlets to plug in personal devices. ...

Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers."

"I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience."

"When you ask them to there was never breakfast served in the staff was very rude and not useful at all to anything I asked for handicapped room. I did not receive one oh no, was a accommodated one even afterwards there was roaches in the hotel and when I questioned the staff about it, all they said was no we don’t have roaches and they were scattered all over the place and even in the bed."

"We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology."
