"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"The in-ro laundry was perfect, I've been travelling for a while and was in desperate need of a place to do laundry. Plus, the room was spacious, and I was able to cook a bit of food for the first time in over a week. The staff were super helpful, location is a bit far from some stuff but near enough to a train station that it really wasn't an issue for me. Would absolutely stay again in the future!"

"Omg love this hotel so much! Staying here felt like stepping into an old Japanese house. Instead of a typical sofa and coffee table, the living area had a low table surrounded by plush floor cushions, creating a cozy space to relax, enjoy tea, or share a meal. As for the 1 bedroom and bathroom areas were cute and modern. The perfect place for a group of 4. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and they offer luggage transfers to your next hotel destination....

"Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair. "
