Room clean with lovely hot water in the shower. Although we did not have too much contact with the staff they were pleasant and friendly. "Brand new hotel in Kensington with just a 5 minute walk the Metro. We had a few issues but the staff was kind and very prompt and professional. I would stay there again.."
