"We absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel/apartment. The room was spacious and lovely. The front desk team welcoming and helpful. The location was a delightful residential area-not hard to get to the tourist center. We only wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back!"

"This hotel is amazing! From the beautiful reception area, fabulous staff, to the lovely bar and our unexpected room. We were graciously upgraded to the penthouse and it did not disappoint. Huge room layout, lots of amenities, and to top it all off, an incredible outdoor patio. The hotel is also located in a lively and central area. We could not have been happier with our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and plan to visit again soon. "

"Probably the worst bed I have ever slept in — it was actually more comfortable to sleep on the floor. My whole family was surprised at how hard the beds were. Unfortunately, we also all suffered from food poisoning on the first day after eating at the restaurant and were very sick by the time we returned home. On a positive note, some of the staff were brilliant. They even sent me a piece of an amazing cheesecake for my birthday and were generally very helpful, although a couple of staff...

"The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful. Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not...

"Staff were all amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Uniformed front door staff took care of our car from the kerb. The hotel is compact, chic, with cool lobby bar and lovely restaurant, very close to Prado and other museums and shops. "

"Lokasi yg sangat strategis, terletak di kawasan bisnis kota Madrid, sehingga suasana hotel tidak terlalu bising di saat malam hari ingin beristirahat. Staff hotel sangat bersahabat, memberikan kami room upgrade ke Suite karena kami adalah member Ambassador IHG. Buah segar dan air mineral disediakan dan diganti setiap hari. Kunjungan berikutnya ke Madrid, kami akan kembali menginap disini."
