"We had an excellent stay for 5 of us at Hotel Altstadt Vienna. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. After a long journey, this felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it created a very poor first impression of the hotel.
