"5 star hotel, very good value for money for the standard of the hotel. We upgraded to the suite due to arriving early after a night flight from UK, so needed to check in early to get some sleep. Only a suite was available which cost approximately another £218, however it was amazing and we were made to feel like royalty. Fresh fruit, water, deserts, and nuts waiting for us. There was also all the soft drinks included in the minibar. Excellent location, walking distance to all the main...

"I lost my phone near the hotel, and it was found by a local person. Even though it was outside their working hours, a staff member kindly went above and beyond to help me and spent a great deal of time contacting the person on my behalf, as I don’t speak Chinese.
I am truly grateful for their kindness, patience, and exceptional support. Their willingness to help me in such a difficult situation meant so much to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"US$280 per night. Terrible room and service so bad the experience. Check-in took half an hour as they did not find Expedia records. GM came back and got this done. Room was not as what was reserved, twin bed. Was changed to a one bed room. No place to put my luggage. Moved two small bed side tables to aisle close to door. Squeezed myself to get out the room. Extremely small the toilet and bath room (shower for one person to stand inside). The room was not clean at all, very dirty. Tooth paste...

"I don’t recommend this place. Location. It’s not a good location. Has a common area that’s lab and people stay up late talking at night.
They have two dollar pillows, in the washrooms are small, like tiny small
The only good thing about the Hotel was the girl the Frontdesk is excellent. The boss is reading this. He should give her a raise because she’s the only bright spot there."
