"A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. A great place to stay...

We arrived a little early and our rooms were ready - no problem checking in early as a result and no charge. Rooms are lovely, well cleaned every day and one day we accidentally left do not disturb on when we went out for the day… when we came back we asked for some bottled water and when we came back again after dinner they’d given it a clean anyway! We did try the breakfast...

"I went to the pool (April) and although it looked great it’s small, cold and was hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Some rooms have almost no windows… some are great. The kiddy cafe and breakfast were expensive but the location was great with the marina and old town all easy walk. "

"Lovely little understated hotel, centrally located, with friendly staff. Tastefully decorated and comfortable lobby and room. I loved the exposed stone wall and harmonious color choices in my room. Felt Zen without being overtly so. Soaps smelled great too. I appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay there again!"

"Staff are superb, we felt right at home every time we walked through the doors. The rooms are kept at a high standard but be prepared for what you pay for. Rooms are definitely smaller than what you’re used to, but you can always upgrade. Also, expect an extra tourism fee per night. "

"My daughter (8) and I stayed for a little getaway. Great location, very helpful staff, breakfast selections were amazing. It was a little annoying that the coffee pods in the room were charged however coffee supplied with breakfast. The cleanliness in the room however was below par, behind the tv was a cloud of dust, the shower was a little grime around the seals, sink needs a good clean underneath and under the beds need a good sweep and mop.
