"DO NOT JUDGE THE OUTSIDE. At first, I was really worried because it looked super sketchy on the outside/lobby. We had a room on the second floor so we had to park in the back and it was kinda sus. The second floor is newly renovated/updated and it looked like they were working on the main floor now. The room was surprisingly clean and looked like what it does in the pictures on expedia. You can compare the room to a room from a Hilton tbh. We had to take the stairs up and didn’t really see an elevator. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helped us get ice because the ice machine wasn’t working but she did take a look at it afterwards. Overall, 4.5/5 half point taken off because of how it looks outside but i’m sure they’ll work on it later on! :)"

"Rooms are very old and smells a little. Beds look fairly new but possibly an inexpensive purchase from Amazon, I don’t expect them to hold up long as the posts and bars under my mattress were broken. Door needs replacing or repaired…gaps all the way around it, you could basically see outside. I’m sure many bugs can walk right in."

"Sadly the pics of the property are wayyyyyyyyy out dated. Way over priced, zero amenities, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM, thankfully Tim Horton's is 30 seconds away. Pleasant owners, but not worth the $$$$. Sings everywhere indicating "no refunds after payment is made" 😪😪😪"

"We had a great stay, Jen was great and as well as Mark. We needed to add a day to our and they had the availability and were able to accommodate us. Check in and check out was super easy. The only issue we had was the bed a lot firmer than we were used to. The only other suggestion I would make is being bug spray! Its Northern Ontario and the bugs will carry you away! The lake view was great and the deck was great to sit on and relax."
