The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"Basic room in old apartment building; A/C worked well, breakfast was ok, beds were ok, towels changed every day if you need, shower doors need serious repair as it can be a safety issue. The owner of the apartment was very attentive; ordered a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. We didn’t stay at the room for long, as we had different activities every day, but for showering, changing and sleeping this was totally ok for our family. "Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. "

"Die Lage war super. Das Treppenhaus wirkte zunächst etwas heruntergekommen, aber das Zimmer war dann sehr sauber und schön. Der Host war jederzeit gut über WhatsApp erreichbar und der flexible Check-in war ein großer Pluspunkt. Kleiner Minuspunkt; die Seifen wurden nicht nachgefüllt und teilweise standen bereits angebrochene Spender im Bad. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. "Overall room was great and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit loud and distracting to fall asleep to. It was also dripping from condensation which also was a distraction. Pastries at breakfast were great and staff was there to make any drink requests you had."

"I missed communications from this hotel and we arrived past noon. There’s no 24/7 desk here. But when I called the number provided on the main door Manuela didnot hesitate to help us get in the room. Room is big and comfortable, air conditioning is good . Bathroom has all you need and they provided a snack tray with coffee, tea and sime pastries to help you get by. Theres a small kitchenette outside for some warm drinks.
