"The rooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting. Having laundry was a bonus. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to be contacted ahead of arrival to check on our needs and to confirm arrival times. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted something unique and special. This fit the bill! I highly recommend and will book again. "

"All staff were terrific. Enough parking for everyone, and it felt safe. Room perfectly adequate. Breakfast was miles better than comparably priced hotels, where breakfast normally consists of warm coffee from a carafe, and a pastry that comes in plastic. This place has a lady who keeps everything hot and well stocked. She obviously takes pride in her work. "

"We loved everything about the wilderness they have everything you could think of and we didn't have to leave for anything food, water parks, arcade everything was awesome my son told me I'm the best mom ever for bringing him here"

"The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website."

"Rooms were very roomy and complete with a full kitchenette! We stayed for 3 nights with our two small children and will absolutely stay here again! Pool is great for kids AND heated which was a huge surprise!"

"The hotel was under construction, which was not mentioned till we arrived if we had known that we would have probably not stayed there, the elevator was very dirty, the 2nd floor had an odor pretty bad, the fridge we couldn't use the cupboard it was in was broken. breakfast was ok pancakes,ceral,, the ice machine was out of order and had sign for service repairs when the building construction is completed, it will be nice."
