"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. It was superbly placed for the subway and plentiful local restaurants, the Hanok village area and lots of shops. We stayed in Seoul on two occasions for several nights each time. Unfortunately we stayed in a different hotel for our second stay, but we wished we had returned to Orakai Insadong. It was altogether better accommodation, better positioned and better priced than our second choice! Great and helpful staff too."

"The location was fantastic. Exactly where I wanted to be. The room wasn't huge, but we loved that the sink was outside the bathroom, separated from the toilet and shower. That way, two people can use the bathroom at the same time instead of getting in each other's way. Building maintenance could be a little better; we saw overgrown weeds outside the first-floor elevator hall, and we thought the food photos attached to the columns in front of the building could be removed. Otherwise, we loved staying at this hotel."
