"The place looks nicer in pics for sure. Not the best place to stay but definitely not the worst. The location was perfect for our visit but not a neighborhood you would walk at night. Staff was friendly, and the 24 hr room service was nice. The restaurant was nice and food was decent. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless I couldn’t find a room elsewhere. I would give it a 3 star rating not a 4 that is advertised."

"Apartment had everything you needed for a one week stay and more, location was awesome and the friendly staff was great to have as a resource for eating and transportation advice. Location was safe and near plenty of eating options, we would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"The place was perfectly located. There are many restaurants close by that are walking distance. It was spacious and very clean. Lots of closet space and super comfortable beds. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Made our whole trip experience even better. We felt very safe. They even offered to help us with booking activities. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Mexico City."

"Arrived after midnight, Eduardo met us at the door, helped with our bags and escorted us to our room. He was awesome. All interactions with him and the other staff were amazing. The mattress in the primary bedroom was a bit on the soft side and my wife would’ve loved to have more mirrors for putting on her makeup. Great location easy walks to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on visiting again."

El ruido es muy molesto y se escucha cada paso que se da en las habitaciones contiguas. La terracita es muy fea, nada acogedora. El desayuno es deficiente, la fruta estaba vieja y el tostador no funcionaba bien. Al salir del estacionamiento había autos bloqueando la entrada y se negaron a moverlos. No...

"Edificio viejo por dentro. Deprimente. No le han dado ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Todo está en malas condiciones. Los apagadores rotos para prender la lámpara. El baño muy sucio dentro de la regadera, especialmente el piso. Hormigas caminando alrededor de la puerta del baño. Falta cambiar piezas rotas, pintura y renovar los sillones sucios y rotos de la sala. Las toallas viejas y huelen mal. Las cobijas de cama con olor a viejo y muy desgastadas.
