"Hotel is in the perfect spot of Roma Norte. Everything is walkable and nearby (Parque Mexico, Condensa, Cibiles, etc.) The check in process is smooth and the staff are very good at communicating. Whatsapp is the preferred way to communicate with the front desk and they respond quickly with any recommendations or services that are needed."

"The kitchen had the basics. There wasn't a colander, a grater, storage containers for left overs. Just a few simple plastic ware would have been great. Gloria, the housekeeper, was very helpful. There was not anything provided to clean up. I dropped a bottle which shattered on the floor. I had to use a whole roll of paper towels to o clean up. Wash rags, kitchen towels and a dustpan and brush would be helpful to have around. "

"This hotel is excellently located in a modern part of the city, within walking distance to the old town and to the metro. Bus line 7 across the street will easily take you to Chapultepec Castle and to the Anthropology Museum. We felt totally safe walking to the Angel of Independence Monument where people gather in the evenings. Also, this hotel is the pick-up point for most organized tours. Our room was large and totally functional. We took the breakfast option and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it also came with a snack service in the evenings. The food was amazing in both cases, our congratulations to the chef! On our last day, the hotel provided a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of 400 pesos. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico City and highly recommend this hotel to future travelers."
