"Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. Il y a beaucoup de portes d’accès pour la réception de l’hôtel, l’emplacement des chambres aurait avantage à être mieux indiqué à partir de l’accueil. "There was false advertising. The pictures on Expedia showed something very very different. The bathroom sink was ridiculously small and narrow and the little shelf above it was placed in such a manner that it was impossible to brush your teeth without spilling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful we we complained about the false advertisement. They put the onus on Expedia, without showing any sense of liability themselves. Perhaps that is considered good customer service in Europe, but...
